Go to Profile → Edit Profile from the menu. You can update:
Display Name Username Profile Photo City
Photos must be under 5 MB in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format. Square images (e.g. 400×400 px) work best.
A complete profile with a photo makes your event listings look more trustworthy to attendees.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Before you do:
- ! All your listed events and profile data are permanently removed.
- ! Deletion is irreversible — your username and event history cannot be recovered.
If you're having a specific issue, please contact support first — we'd love to help before you go.
Listing an event is free. You must be logged in first.
- 1 Tap the + button in the bottom navigation or visit Create Event.
- 2 Fill in the event title, category, date & time, location/venue, and a clear description.
- 3 Upload a high-quality poster (recommended: 1200×675 px, 16:9 ratio).
- 4 Set your price (or mark it free) and add artist names or relevant tags.
- 5 Submit for review — most events go live within 24 hours.
Events with high-quality images and detailed descriptions are approved faster and attract significantly more attendees.
Our moderation team reviews events within 24 hours — typically much faster on weekdays (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm EAT).
If rejected, you'll receive an email with the reason. Common causes:
- ✗ Incomplete or misleading information
- ✗ Missing or low-quality event image
- ✗ Content that violates Community Guidelines
- ✗ Duplicate listing already exists
Fix the issue and resubmit. If you believe the rejection was an error, contact support with your event ID.
Before approval: Edit any field freely at any time.
After approval: You can still edit the description, images, and minor details. Significant changes to date, venue, or pricing may trigger a brief re-review, and all interested attendees will be notified.
To cancel: Go to My Events → [Event] → Cancel Event and provide a reason. All attendees who marked "Going" will be notified automatically.
Frequent cancellations may negatively affect your organiser reputation score. Only list events you're confident will proceed.

- ✓ Organisers — have at least 3 successfully completed events on the platform and a complete profile.

Verified profiles appear higher in search results and are marked with a blue checkmark, significantly increasing attendee trust.
